Panorama Towers Condos for Sale Las Vegas Luxury High-Rise

Twin blue-glass towers facing CityCenter, with some of the best Strip views in Las Vegas

Overview

Panorama Towers is a pair of blue-glass high-rises — 33 and 34 stories — completed in 2006 and 2007 on Dean Martin Drive, directly across Interstate 15 from CityCenter. Together the two towers hold roughly 645 residences, making this one of the largest true luxury condominium communities near the Strip. The name is earned: the towers face the skyline head-on, and east-facing homes look straight into the lights of Aria, T-Mobile Arena, and the Bellagio fountains beyond.

Residences run from one-bedroom homes to expansive three-bedroom plans and full-floor-feel penthouses, most with floor-to-ceiling glass and private balconies. Finishes are contemporary — open kitchens, stone counters, generous primary suites — and the west-facing homes trade Strip lights for mountain sunsets.

Panorama suits owners who want scale and services: a large, established community with guard-gated grounds, an active HOA, and a resale market deep enough to offer real choice at several price points.

Amenities & Lifestyle

The gated grounds link both towers to a shared resort core: a large pool and spa, cabana seating, and landscaped common areas. Each tower has its own lobby with concierge, and valet parking serves residents and guests around the clock.

Inside, the amenity list is comprehensive — a well-equipped fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, a private screening room, residents’ lounge, and business center. The community skews full-time compared with some Strip-adjacent towers, giving it a genuinely residential rhythm despite the skyline at its doorstep.

Location & Nearby

The towers sit just west of I-15 at the Harmon corridor, minutes by car from CityCenter, T-Mobile Arena, and Allegiant Stadium. Harry Reid International Airport is roughly ten minutes away, and freeway on-ramps are immediate — a practical advantage for commuters and frequent travelers.

Like the neighboring Martin, this is a drive-first location rather than a walking district; the payoff is unobstructed views, quick access in every direction, and a quieter address one freeway removed from the resort corridor. Aria, the Shops at Crystals, and the Cosmopolitan’s dining are the nearest major destinations.
